Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient ortho in Georgia, accepting new grads and first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an outpatient orthopedic clinic
• Typical patient load is 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow up visits
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Work schedule consists of 8-hour day shifts
• No floating to other clinics required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Potential option to work with a travel team at this or a neighboring clinic
• Primary responsibilities include providing therapy to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• First-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Local candidates are those living within 50 miles of the clinic
• Double-booking of follow up visits is expected
• License specific requirements for Colorado: an active CO PT license is required as the state does not accept compact PT licenses

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient experience is preferred but not required
• Will not consider Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)
