Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a CA license and proficiency in EPIC for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a hospital setting
• Night shifts: three 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30
• Floating to other inpatient units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Oncology, and Emergency Department is required
• Every other weekend work required
• Uses EPIC for documentation
• First-time travelers will be considered for this role
• Requested time off must be submitted in advance and is granted at the discretion of management
• Locals are accepted at a local rate for candidates living within 50 miles
• No on-call requirements for this position

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent staff level ICU experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with EPIC preferred
