Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care, requiring current BLS and TN or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
• Patients primarily orthopedic but may include a broad range of diagnoses due to rural location
• Supported by an OCS PT and three PTAs
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8a-5p; a 4x10 (7a-6p) schedule may be considered
• No on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts
• Uses Redoc/Net Health for charting; prior experience preferred
• Main responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of outpatients of varied diagnoses
• Strong support from an experienced OCS PT and a team of PTAs
• First time travelers and local candidates are both accepted
• Two professional references required for consideration

Requirements

• Active Tennessee PT license or eligible compact license required (license required if applicable)
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• One year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Preferred experience with Redoc/Net Health EMR
• Able to treat a diverse caseload of patients in an outpatient clinic
