Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring at least 2 years of critical care experience and a compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in the Intensive Care Unit within a critical care setting
Care for critical and COVID patient populations
12-hour night shifts
Assignment duration is 16 weeks
No on-call requirement
Unit uses Epic EMR with experience preferred
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care for ICU patients with minimal supervision
May care for COVID patients as part of regular assignments
Scrub or dress code requirements were not specified

Requirements

Active North Carolina or compact RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent critical care (ICU) experience required
Current BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Must score 85% or greater on Basic Arrhythmia exam
Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
