Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with ARRT certification, recent trauma experience, and BLS for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Position is in a radiology department within a Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma setting
Night shifts totaling 36 hours per week
Weekend rotation and on-call coverage required
Patient care includes all phases of radiologic examinations
No local candidates permitted; 75-mile radius rule applies
Responsibilities include all steps of the X-ray process with patients, maintaining department cleanliness, supply inventory, and clerical functions
Must assist in ensuring the orderly flow of patients through the department
Weekend and on-call duties are required as part of the regular schedule
Must maintain licensure and certifications active throughout the assignment

Requirements

Completion of a Radiologic Technology program
ARRT registered or registry eligible
BLS certification required
Currently registered with the New Hampshire Board of Registration for Medical Technicians
Must have recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years
Knowledge of standard radiologic terminology required
License required if applicable
