Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with at least 3 years of experience, ARRT certification, and active Arizona licensure for a diagnostic imaging role.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based diagnostic imaging department serving a diverse patient population
• Covers inpatient and outpatient radiology cases in internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, surgery, radiology, urology, and other specialties
• Responsibilities include technical operation of radiologic x-ray equipment and image processing
• Shift is Friday through Monday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with four 10-hour shifts weekly
• Requires ability to operate teleradiology and fax equipment
• Fingerprinting must be completed and cleared prior to start
• Compliance includes COVID and flu exemption process with declination form if needed
• Housing is limited and not guaranteed; applicants must submit a housing application at least two weeks before start if needed
• Position is in a rural community with a culturally diverse workforce
• Orientation is offered every two weeks

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current Arizona State License in Radiology (R), if applicable
• Valid ARRT (R) certification
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Completion of radiology training from an AMA-accredited program
