Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring at least one year of recent ICU experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the ICU department of a hospital setting
  • Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • 13-week contract duration
  • Care for critically ill adult patients in an intensive care environment
  • Must provide professional references as required (one for Texas)
  • Documentation must include state nursing license verification and copies of relevant certifications
  • No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted

Requirements

  • Active TX or compact RN license required at time of consideration
  • Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC required
  • NIH Stroke Certification required
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
  • Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
  • Not open to local candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility
