Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a night shift RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry unit position requiring recent experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Adult patient population with medical-surgical and telemetry needs
• Night shifts, 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am
• Use of Epic EMR is required
• Must work at least every other holiday
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment will be administered during orientation and must be passed for employment
• Assignments at any Cleveland Clinic locations cannot exceed 18 consecutive months
• A minimum 6-month waiting period is required before starting another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location after completing an assignment

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license in hand
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required by start date
• Epic charting experience required
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry required
