Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a day-shift Skilled Nursing position in Wisconsin requiring an active WI or compact RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting within a hospital environment
Day shift schedule from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm with a 0.9 FTE
Rotates between weekday and weekend shifts
May be required to float to other inpatient units based on census needs
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques and hospital policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care planning and delivery
Document patient care according to required standards
Participate in unit performance improvement activities and may contribute to shared governance
May provide clinical support and guidance to other units and departments

Requirements

Active WI or compact RN license in hand
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting required
