Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for a day shift outpatient position requiring ARDMS-ABD, OBGYN, and RVT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a single ultrasound room within a radiology suite at an outpatient office park
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 1:1 clinician to patient ratio for outpatient imaging
• Patient population consists exclusively of scheduled outpatients
• Uses Epic for charting; EMR experience preferred
• No floating or rotating shifts required
• Perform general outpatient ultrasound exams in a solo environment with radiology support
• No first-time travelers mentioned; prior outpatient or radiology suite experience preferred
• Dress code and scrubs not specified; follow standard clinical attire
• Local candidates must reside more than 60 miles from facility for travel rate eligibility; locals within 60 miles receive reduced pay
• Parking may incur additional costs; public lots range $17–$22 daily

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year ultrasound experience required
• Active registered ARDMS-ABD, OBGYN, and RVT certifications required
• AHA certifications must be maintained
• License required if applicable; proof of MA licensure required at time of consideration
• Must not hold a MA conditional license
• Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions
