Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care/Telemetry position requiring a current NJ or compact RN license and 3 years of recent PCU/MST experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with medical-surgical telemetry (MST) patients
• Hospital setting with patient population on telemetry monitoring
• Day shifts with every other weekend required
• 36-hour work week
• Direct care for MST/PCU patients requiring advanced telemetry monitoring
• Holiday coverage may be required as per unit needs
• All documentation must be up to date for consideration

Requirements

• Active NJ or compact RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years recent RN experience in MST or PCU units
• Experience in a large Level 1 Trauma Hospital required
• Current flu vaccination required
• COVID vaccination plus at least one booster required (religious exemptions accepted)
