Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a PA or compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of an acute care hospital
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours per week, 6:45 pm - 7:15 am
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call or float requirements
• Locals are accepted for this role
• First-time travelers are accepted, though previous travel experience is preferred
• Holiday availability is requested as part of scheduling
• Must possess the skills necessary to care for Med/Surg Telemetry patients

Requirements

• Active PA or compact RN license in good standing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
• Relevant work experience within the past 3 years must be documented
