Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a 7on/7off night shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of experience and proficiency with Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital X-Ray unit
• Night shifts with a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation from 20:00 to 6:30
• Every other weekend is required
• Patient assignment is typically 1:1
• No floating between units during shift
• No on-call required
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not be within 50 miles of the facility
• Minimal to no time off is permitted; all requested time off must be disclosed prior to assignment consideration
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be expected as per assignment schedule
• Travelers may be required to float within state facilities if needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray technologist experience required
• Current applicable licensure and certifications required; license required if applicable
• Must provide two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable specialty or setting within the last three years
• Experience using Epic EMR is required
• Must submit required documents including Social Security card and Driver’s License
• COVID and Flu vaccinations may be required
