Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of IR experience and ARRT registration for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a short-term acute care facility with a Level III Trauma Center
• Primary assignment in the Interventional Radiology department
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekend shifts required every other weekend
• Float within scope to like units or to sister campus as needed
• Call participation required as scheduled by department
• Epic EMR experience required
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• First-time travelers are accepted for this role
• Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to a sister campus
• Return staff must have a minimum one-year break to be eligible
• Maximum of one approved holiday off during assignment
• Up to four days of time off may be requested unless otherwise specified
• Pre-start modules required and must be completed before first day
• Travelers can extend the assignment once, with special exceptions for radiology roles

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent interventional radiology experience required
• Active ARRT registration required
• Active state or compact license required; pending licenses not accepted (license required if applicable)
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• SSN and DOB required for job consideration
• Not accepting applicants who live within 50 miles of the facility
