Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a day shift assignment requiring ARRT, BLS, ACLS, and proficiency with Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Work in an interventional radiology unit with a focus on IR, special procedures, and neuro cases
• Adult patient population with a variety of interventional procedures
• Shift options include 4x10 hour day shifts (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) or 5x8 hour shifts (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM), Monday through Friday
• Call required: one night per week and every 5th weekend
• Floating to other qualified units or campuses may be required per facility needs
• Uses Omnicell for medication management and Epic for documentation (minimum 1 year Epic experience required)
• Responsibilities include assisting with interventional radiology procedures and supporting neuro interventions
• Team-oriented work environment with support from experienced staff
• Orientation and training provided as needed for floating units within demonstrated competencies
• Day off after taking call
• Travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; under 50 miles is ineligible for travel roles

Requirements

• Current ARRT (R), BLS, ACLS, and South Carolina license required (License required if applicable)
• At least 2 years of interventional radiology technologist experience
• Experience in IR, special procedures, and neuro work settings required
• 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered eligible
