Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on a night shift, requiring Epic experience and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Med/Surg unit on the Medical A floor within a hospital setting
- Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Rotating schedule with every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Epic electronic medical record system
- Responsibilities include providing Med/Surg care to a diverse adult patient population
- Works as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Candidates from local areas are eligible at the same pay rate, except as restricted by facility policy
- Holiday coverage may be required per scheduling needs
Requirements
- Active MD or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Must have previous experience in a hospital with 500 or more beds
