Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a dayshift surgical assignment requiring a CA RN license and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Work in the Surgery unit of a hospital setting
Day shift schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday
13-week contract assignment
Fulfill all duties of a surgical RN within the operating room
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
May require experience with the facility's specific EMR system

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent surgical/operating room RN experience
Current BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
Workplace Violence Prevention certification (DCI/BVP), available via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or CDC resource
