Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a night shift Emergency Department RN with at least 5 years of experience and active WI or compact RN license for a critical access hospital.

Responsibilities

• Works in a rural Emergency Department setting at a critical access hospital
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Scheduled for 2 weekends on and 1 weekend off, including various weeknight shifts
• 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period (0.9 FTE)
• Holiday rotation is required
• Provides emergency nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Expected to collaborate closely with other healthcare staff in a rural community hospital environment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• No radius rule applies for local candidates

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS/BCLS required
