Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with pediatric experience and ARRT certification for weekend overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work in a pediatric hospital radiology department
- Weekend overnight block schedule Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Night shift, 3x12 hours per week
- Frequent floating within clinical scope may be required
- Work with various x-ray equipment and protocols
- Performs all clinical services according to radiology practice standards and established x-ray protocols
- Scrub colors of any color are acceptable
- Candidates must adhere to a 75-mile radius rule for eligibility
- Returning employees to any affiliated facility must be separated for at least 1 year to be considered
- Time off requests are limited and may be subject to policy restrictions
Requirements
- Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS required
- Temporary LSRT accepted with ARRT proof and state application; license required if applicable
- At least 2 years of radiology experience required
- Pediatric radiology experience required
- Unit does not accept first-time travelers
