Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring a GA or Compact RN license and at least 18 months of recent nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the General Medicine/Telemetry unit of a hospital facility
Night shifts, 12 hours each
13-week contract assignment
No on-call requirement
Strict rules on requested time off: maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, 3 days if near a holiday
Only 1 holiday time off request is allowed per assignment
Requested days off during holidays must be spread out and not consecutive

Requirements

Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
Minimum of 18 months RN experience
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates allowed)
Former staff must have separated for 1 year prior to returning, and 18 months if returning to the same facility
