Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position in a Cardiac Cath Lab, requiring AR or compact RN license and Epic EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab within the Interventional Radiology specialty
• Assignment is 13 weeks with 10-hour day shifts (6:30 am – 5:00 pm)
• Call is required at least once per week and every fifth weekend
• 7-bed unit supporting 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Patient care within interventional radiology, including neuro IR cases
• Use of Epic EMR with prior experience required
• Duties include providing specialized nursing care during interventional radiology procedures and cardiac catheterizations
• No local candidates accepted; must live at least 100 miles from the facility
• Royal blue scrubs required
• COVID vaccination is not required
• Interviews conducted via phone/video with manager making final offer decision

Requirements

• Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology RN experience; neuro IR experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Flu vaccination required prior to start
