Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position with daytime hours and recent supervisory references required.

Responsibilities

Home health setting providing patient care in the community
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of home health patients
Candidates must include all time off requests at the time of application

Requirements

Current physical therapy license required if applicable
Professional resume and skills checklist required
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required
Complete 7 year work history with all gaps explained must be provided
