Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position with daytime hours and recent supervisory references required.
Responsibilities
- Home health setting providing patient care in the community
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of home health patients
- Candidates must include all time off requests at the time of application
Requirements
- Current physical therapy license required if applicable
- Professional resume and skills checklist required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required
- Complete 7 year work history with all gaps explained must be provided
