Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Tech - General with at least 1 year of experience and active ARDMS and BLS certifications for a night shift position.
Responsibilities
- Work in a general ultrasound department
- Utilize equipment including GE, PACS, Philips, and Siemens systems
- Night shifts, 4x8 hours weekly, 22:30 to 07:00
- Call rotation required during nights and weekends
- Assist with a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures as assigned
- Must be able to participate in night and weekend call rotations
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if required by the facility
- Epic EMR experience is not required but candidates will be asked about their experience
- Previous employment with the facility may require additional information
- All certifications must be active at the time of consideration
Requirements
- Active ARDMS and BLS certifications required
- At least 1 year of ultrasound tech experience
- License required if applicable
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Local candidates are not accepted
