Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent home health experience, Oasis and HCHB EMR proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Home health setting covering a territory up to a 60-mile radius from the central office
Patients are primarily geriatric
Caseload averages 5-7 patients per day
Day shifts, 5x8 hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No on-call required
iPad provided for documentation
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Primary responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of geriatric patients in their homes
Scrubs of any color are acceptable; jeans are not allowed
Locals are accepted at the travel rate

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience
Oasis assessment experience required
Proficiency with HCHB EMR required
Current BLS certification required
Timely communication and documentation skills required
