Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 3 years of experience and current MA licensure for a weekend shift assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Position is in a hospital emergency department and inpatient diagnostic radiology unit
  • Work schedule is Friday through Sunday, 12-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Uses EPIC EMR system, and experience with EPIC is required
  • Work involves radiologic imaging in both emergency and inpatient settings
  • Candidates must provide two references for consideration
  • Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the hospital; those within this radius will receive a reduced pay rate
  • Parking is not validated; public transportation or paid public parking is required
  • Compliance with hospital dress code and team protocols is expected

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Active MA Radiologic Technologist license required; no conditional licenses accepted (license required if applicable)
  • ARRT certification required
  • BLS certification from AHA required
  • Proof of flu vaccination required (no medical or religious exemptions accepted)
