Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pre-op/PACU RN with a current California license, BLS, and ACLS certifications for a day shift contract.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital-based Pre-op and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday
Shared call rotation including nights and weekends
13-week contract assignment
Responsibilities include pre-operative and post-anesthesia care for surgical patients
Some night and weekend call coverage is required
Resources for temporary housing are available upon request
No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified
Candidates from within a 30-mile radius of Arcata, CA are eligible for consideration

Requirements

Active California RN license required
Minimum of 2 years RN experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
TB clearance within the past 12 months
