Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Oncology position requiring Chemo certification and a GA or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Radiation Oncology setting
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
- 13-week assignment
- No on-call responsibilities
- 8-hour day shifts, 5 shifts per week
- Role involves delivering nursing care to oncology patients undergoing radiation therapy
- Returning staff must have a 2-year break from prior permanent employment before applying as travelers
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted up front
- Candidates must comply with provided documentation and credentialing requirements prior to start
- Scrub or dress code details not specified
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of Oncology nursing experience
- AHA BLS certification required
- Chemo certification required
- No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered
