Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Rehab RN for an inpatient role requiring at least one year of med-surg experience and an active IL RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in the inpatient rehab unit of a hospital
Typical patient ratio is 1:5-7
Night shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts from 18:15 to 6:45
Floating to other units is required
Every other weekend shifts required
Epic is used for charting
First-time travelers are welcome
Maximum of 7 days of requested time off permitted
Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Minimum of 1 year med-surg nursing experience
LTAC or SNF experience considered
Current BLS certification required
Epic EMR experience preferred
Pending licenses are not accepted
