Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for weekend night shifts, requiring ARRT MR certification, BLS, and recent trauma level 1 experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a trauma level 1 hospital setting within the MRI department
• Weekend night shifts from Friday to Sunday, 6:30 pm to 7:00 am (3x12 hour nights)
• May float to other units or campuses within competency as needed
• Adult patient population with a trauma caseload
• Uses Epic EMR with a minimum of one year Epic experience required
• Hunter green scrubs are required
• First-time travelers may be considered based on experience
• Two professional references are required
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the contracted hospital campus to be eligible
• Main duties include performing MRI scans on trauma and general adult patients, maintaining quality and safety standards, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Active ARRT MR certification required
• Valid state license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• At least one year of recent MRI experience, including trauma level 1 hospital setting
• Minimum one year experience using Epic EMR
