Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) night shift position, requiring an AR or compact RN license and at least two years of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
- Assignment length of 13 weeks
- Patient care primarily in a med/surg LTAC unit
- Electronic timekeeping system used for clocking in and out
- Must not have any expiring certifications within the first 30 days of the assignment
- Local candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Cannot accept Canadian SIN; must have US SSN
- All staff required to use electronic clock-in/clock-out system
Requirements
- Active AR or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in LTAC or the relevant specialty
- Current BLS and ACLS (must be non-RQIS and non-RCIS certifications)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Full US Social Security Number required for consideration
- Cannot currently hold a permanent staff position within the health system
