Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Neuro Endovascular Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of neuro endovascular or neuro IR experience and current ARRT or NMTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a neuro endovascular procedural specialty unit focused on LVO stroke cases and cerebral aneurysm repairs
• Department is newly opened, seeking technologists experienced in neuro endovascular techniques
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with on-call responsibilities every other week
• Procedures performed include neurointerventional (NIR Bi-Plane) imaging and interventions
• Direct collaboration with endovascular trained neurologists
• Assist with draping, patient positioning, prepping, and ensuring a sterile field for neuro endovascular procedures
• Responsible for ensuring procedure rooms are available and fully prepared
• Participate in room turnover, surgical site and patient verification, and proper patient transfer techniques
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to service excellence standards
• Emergency call coverage required as scheduled

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in neuro endovascular or neuro interventional radiology required
• Current ARRT or NMTCB certification required
• Current BLS certification through AHA is required
• SCRQSA certification preferred
• Proficiency in vascular radiology scrubbing and imaging is mandatory
• State-specific license or registry required if applicable
