Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital setting, requiring at least 1-2 years of experience and a TX state license.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting working within the Physical Therapy department
- Day shifts with a 5x8 hour schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Utilizes Epic for charting; experience with Epic is preferred but not required
Requirements
- Current TX state PT license required
- Current BLS certification required
- At least 1-2 years of recent physical therapy experience in an acute care setting required
- Travel experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred
- Applicants residing within 50 miles of the facility or in the following counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- No travel pairs or groups will be accepted for this position
- First-time travelers may be considered
- Former permanent staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler
- No more than 3 days of requested time off will be auto-approved, with no time off permitted during the first week of orientation
