Description

American Traveler is seeking a MRI Technologist with 2+ years experience in Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility settings and Siemens MR expertise.

Details

• Work in an MRI department with potential to float between units
• Handles both adult and pediatric patients, including anesthesia cases
• Day shifts, Saturday through Monday, working 3x12 hours from 7:00 to 19:30
• Experience with Siemens MR equipment is required
• Epic and PACS systems experience is preferred

Requirements

• Active ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certifications required
• BLS certification required
• At least 2 years of recent experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or academic teaching facility is preferred
• Demonstrated MRI safety knowledge, including implant research and adherence to scanning guidelines
• Experience with pediatric and anesthesia cases required
• Siemens MR system proficiency required
• Epic and PACS charting system experience preferred
• Must provide two supervisory references from the past three years of employment
• Certifications must be submitted for consideration
• State license not required
• License required if applicable
• No licensure hits accepted

• Involves advanced MRI imaging duties with a focus on safety and patient care for both adults and pediatric patients
