Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist with RVT certification and one year of experience for a day shift position.

Responsibilities

• Work in a specialty clinic setting focused on vascular ultrasound procedures
• Patient population includes individuals with peripheral vascular disease
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 hour shifts)
• No on-call or weekend shifts required
• Scrub color is blue or royal blue
• Bi-weekly orientation offered
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
• Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Primary responsibilities include performing vascular ultrasound procedures for patients with peripheral vascular disease
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• No state licensure required for this position
• Orientations are held bi-weekly
• Compliance and credentialing processing require a minimum lead time of 3 weeks between booking and start date

Requirements

• Current RVT certification is required
• At least one year of vascular ultrasound experience is required
• One RDMS registry (Abdomen OR OB/GYN) required
• BLS certification required
• CCI RVS certification accepted
• Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions or declinations accepted
• 1 supervisory reference from the last year required for consideration
• Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration
