Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Critical Care Unit position in Southeast Wisconsin, requiring at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience and proficiency with Epic EMR.

Details

• Acuity adaptable critical care unit — not a traditional pure ICU setting
• Day shift: 07:00–19:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Floating may be required within skill set to other units onsite or to facilities within 40 miles
• Epic EMR used; experience required
• CRRT experience utilized in this unit; balloon pump and Swan-Ganz catheter experience a plus
• Competency in sheath pulls required

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• ACLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required, with ICU experience
• Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration
• 2 professional references required
• Copy of Driver's License required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• CRRT, balloon pump, and Swan-Ganz catheter experience are preferred but not required
