Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience, AHA certifications, and a WI or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract
• Emergency Department setting
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Every other holiday (EOH) required
• May be required to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles
• Epic EMR used
• Local candidates are accepted but are subject to a reduced pay rate based on proximity to the facility
• COVID vaccination is not required by this facility

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• TNCC certification required (renewed every 4 years)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required (Group A updated yearly; Groups B–F updated every 2 years)
• MOAB or CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification required — must be an 8-hour course, updated every 2 years
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Full DOB and full SSN required for consideration
