Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a day shift travel contract at an acute care facility in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
- Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab setting
- Day shifts, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- On-call is required for this position
- Epic EMR is required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Scrubs are provided
- Candidates residing within 90 miles of the facility are considered local and may be eligible at a different rate
- RTO: no more than 5 non-consecutive days may be requested; during the holiday season (November–January), only one holiday RTO can be requested, and all RTO is subject to management approval prior to contract signing
- Orientation includes completion of required modules tracked in Healthstream; modules not completed before the start date will be finished during orientation and reviewed annually
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience required
- ARRT-R or RCIS (CCI) required
- BLS and ACLS required; AHA preferred, ARC not accepted, military certifications accepted
- TMB-MRT (Texas Medical Board – Medical Radiologic Technologist) license required if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- State-issued ID required for consideration
