Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a day shift travel contract at an acute care facility in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab setting
• Day shifts, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• On-call is required for this position
• Epic EMR is required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Scrubs are provided
• Candidates residing within 90 miles of the facility are considered local and may be eligible at a different rate
• RTO: no more than 5 non-consecutive days may be requested; during the holiday season (November–January), only one holiday RTO can be requested, and all RTO is subject to management approval prior to contract signing
• Orientation includes completion of required modules tracked in Healthstream; modules not completed before the start date will be finished during orientation and reviewed annually

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience required
• ARRT-R or RCIS (CCI) required
• BLS and ACLS required; AHA preferred, ARC not accepted, military certifications accepted
• TMB-MRT (Texas Medical Board – Medical Radiologic Technologist) license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• State-issued ID required for consideration
