Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position at a small community hospital in Perry, OK, requiring at least 2 years of experience and an active Oklahoma license.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient PT setting within a small community hospital in Perry, OK
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• 13-week contract
• Uses Quick EMR for documentation
• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with disease or disability, implementing preventive health measures, and providing clinical direction to students, therapy assistants, and technicians
• Candidate will work independently within the outpatient department

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy program required
• Current Oklahoma PT license required (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• Two professional references required for consideration
