Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position at a small community hospital in Perry, OK, requiring at least 2 years of experience and an active Oklahoma license.

- Outpatient PT setting within a small community hospital in Perry, OK
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- 13-week contract

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy program required
- Current Oklahoma PT license required (license required if applicable)
- BLS certification required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
