Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least 2 years of specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is located on the Med/Surg 2nd Floor unit of an acute care hospital
• Day shift schedule: 07:00–19:30
• 13-week contract with 36 hours per week
• Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the same rate as travel candidates

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS and CPI
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Oncology experience required
• A valid driver's license is required for consideration
• Date of birth (DOB) required for consideration
• Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 digits accepted) required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
• No current or recent Tenet Health employees (within the past 12 months) are eligible for this position
