Pros
Unit is very traveler friendly, ratio of 4 to 1, fair assignments, good hospital culture. I am only working dayshift so this doesn’t apply to me, but Night Shift does not have clinical technicians just a heads up.
Cons
The Phoenix Arizona area gets really hot in the summer other than that, it’s a great place to live.
- Short Term Acute Care
- 338 beds
