Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pulmonary/Thoracic Telemetry position in Atlanta, GA, requiring at least 18 months of specialty experience and an active GA or compact RN license.

Details

Position is in a Pulmonary/Thoracic Telemetry unit (8E) within a large academic hospital system in Atlanta, GA
Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
13-week contract

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 18 months of Telemetry experience within the past 3 years

Additional Information

Navy blue scrubs required
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required
RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday
Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract
All interviews are conducted by the nurse manager
