Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / Interventional Angiography Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac cath, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures for a 15-week travel assignment in Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Angiography setting covering Cardiac Cath, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology procedures
• Equipment includes Siemens Artis Bi-Plane with Synco Inspace/DynaCT, AXIOM Sensis, Pyxis medication and supply stations, Fuji Radiology PACS, Fuji CV PACS, and Phillips patient monitors
• EMR system is MEDITECH/Health Connect
• Variable shift schedule with a 40-hour work week
• On-call requirements are part of this assignment
• Candidates not currently holding an active Hawaii state license must apply for one upon acceptance of an offer
• All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of their assignment for a mandatory clearance appointment at Hilo Employee Health — travelers should plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start date to attend this appointment on Friday morning
• Flu vaccination may be administered at the Employee Health clearance appointment if not already obtained

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in angiography, cardiac cath, vascular, and interventional radiology
• Active BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification required
• Active State of Hawaii license required by start of assignment — license required if applicable
• Flu vaccination or a facility-approved medical or religious exemption required prior to assignment start
