Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Night position requiring at least 1-2 years of experience and BLS/ACLS certifications in hand.
Details
- Medical-surgical unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Every other weekend required
- Floating is required
Requirements
- Active RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required in hand at time of consideration
- 1-2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- No travel pairs or groups accepted
- Former permanent staff of this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved; no RTO during the first week of orientation
