Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR, Special Procedures, and Neuro experience, and at least 1 year of Epic EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interventional Radiology unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Schedule option 1: 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Schedule option 2: 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• On-call required: one night per week and every 5th weekend; day off awarded following call
• Floating to other units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; float assignments will be within the candidate's demonstrated competencies
• Medications managed via Omnicell
• Documentation via Epic EMR; minimum 1 year of Epic experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the Prisma Greenville flagship hospital to be eligible for this position; candidates under 50 miles are ineligible
• Nurses with 1+ year of recent relevant unit experience will be considered

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology
• Experience in IR, Special Procedures, and Neuro work settings required
• Three years of critical care experience preferred, with Neuro ICU background a plus
• ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• SC license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
