Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience and Epic/OASIS proficiency for a 13-week travel contract.

Responsibilities

Home health setting with a caseload of 4–5 patients per day, depending on territory and drive time
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekend or on-call requirements
Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate
Epic EMR used; OASIS documentation required
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across an assigned territory
Caseload and daily schedule may vary based on geographic territory and patient drive time

Requirements

Current, active OT license (license required if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
Proficiency with Epic EMR required
OASIS experience required
Current BLS certification required
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Two professional references required for consideration
