Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Float Pool Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring prior travel experience, telemetry skills, and a Massachusetts RN license.

Responsibilities

Float Pool position with possible floating to similar units
Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Every other weekend required
Every other holiday required
No on-call responsibilities
Uses Meditech EMR
Telemetry competency test administered on the first day of orientation
Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but at a reduced pay rate

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN license required
Current BLS certification required (ARC or AHA accepted)
Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
Telemetry experience required
Meditech EMR experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
2024/2025 Flu vaccine required prior to start
Two professional references required for consideration
