Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg/Observation/Telemetry night shift position requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience and an active AZ or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Med/Surg unit with floating required to Observation as needed
• Adult med/surg patient population
• 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a)
• On-call requirement included as part of the contract
• 13-week contract
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• RTO is limited to no more than 3 days per 13-week contract
• Up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment may be cancelled by the facility

Requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required
• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 4 years of RN experience required
• Flu vaccine required — no exceptions
• Willingness to float between Med/Surg and Observation units
