Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU (PICU) position requiring 2 years of PICU or pediatric CVICU experience and Minnesota licensure.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Pediatric ICU (PICU) within a hospital setting
- Patient population includes pre- and post-operative pediatric surgical patients, trauma patients, and pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients
- Full-time schedule with day and night shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Candidates must be competent in caring for a complex pediatric surgical and cardiac patient population
Requirements
- Active Minnesota RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS and PALS
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of PICU experience, including care of pre- and post-operative surgical patients and trauma patients, OR minimum 2 years of pediatric CVICU experience, including care of pre- and post-operative cardiac surgical patients and pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients
- N95 fit testing required
