Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN with extensive circulator experience across multiple surgical specialties for a 13-week travel contract in California.
Responsibilities
- Hospital-based Operating Room setting
- 10-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- 4 days per week schedule
- Surgical specialties include GYN, General Surgery, OHNS, Urology, Plastics/Breast, Pain, and Robotics
- Ophthalmology cases may also be encountered
- Floating to other affiliated facilities within the health system is required
- Primary role is OR Circulator across a wide range of surgical specialties
- Candidates must be comfortable floating to other facilities within the health system
Requirements
- Active California RN license required
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
- Extensive experience as an OR Circulator across GYN, General Surgery, OHNS, Urology, Plastics/Breast, Pain, and Robotics required
- CNOR certification preferred
- Scrub experience in at least two surgical service lines preferred
- Experience circulating Ophthalmology cases preferred
