Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN with extensive circulator experience across multiple surgical specialties for a 13-week travel contract in California.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting
• 10-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
• 4 days per week schedule
• Surgical specialties include GYN, General Surgery, OHNS, Urology, Plastics/Breast, Pain, and Robotics
• Ophthalmology cases may also be encountered
• Floating to other affiliated facilities within the health system is required
• Primary role is OR Circulator across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Candidates must be comfortable floating to other facilities within the health system

Requirements

• Active California RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
• Extensive experience as an OR Circulator across GYN, General Surgery, OHNS, Urology, Plastics/Breast, Pain, and Robotics required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Scrub experience in at least two surgical service lines preferred
• Experience circulating Ophthalmology cases preferred
