Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab assignment requiring acute care experience and 1+ year of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rehabilitation unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Monday through Friday, day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• 40 hours per week, 5x8-hour shifts
• Epic EMR used; minimum 1 year of Epic experience required
• Float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; floating will only occur to units where competencies have been demonstrated
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Teal scrubs required
• Two professional references required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the relevant Prisma Health flagship hospital (Prisma Richland or Prisma Greenville) to be eligible for this position

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient PT experience required
• Acute care experience required; rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Lifting and patient transfer skills required
• Current state PT license required if applicable
• Driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
